8 The Triptychial Projection of the world

The Triptychial Projection by Björn Grieger (Surface colors from NASA’s Blue Marble collection)

The Triptychial Projection provides a map of the whole world showing all continents including Antarctica with minimal distortion and without any intersection. I had found this projection already around 2008 but did not get to publishing it until 2019.
